Fiberglass Filter Fabric/Filter Cloth/ Filter Bag:

The principle is utilizing imported PTFE polymeric material and other chemical preparations. Adapting special technology procedures, to make the glass filters cloth
surface being covered by precise PTFE, bring out the filters functions with
high acid and alkali corrosion, high temperature, friction and curve resistance besides,
because of smooth surface, water running fast, It will refuse any dust to
attach on. This product is fitted in high temperature, high moisture, high stickydust industry or used to purify the acid & alkali, corrosive chemical gas dust
and other severe occasions.

With many research institutes, our company developed the PTFE Glass Membrane Filters. Made of the imported PTFE polymeric materials, and after many fine procedures, the product has slippery surface but runs water fast and it will refuse any
dust parachutes. The product can be applied in such environments as high temperature, high moisture and highly sticky dust in industrial dust sanitations. The product resists both acid and alkali and numerous caustic gases. It will work under
such temperature as -40°C to 300°C with an instant temperature
as 350°C.

Filters will be applied in:
1. The high temperature and highly sticky dust sanitation for garbage burn-off oven
2. Gas sanitation is steel manufacturers
3. Gas sanitation for carbonating or burning ovens
4. The problem of sticky bags in high temperature, highly sticky dust environments for chemical, metallurgic and cementation industries
